Daily Maintenance Tips for Resin & Vinyl Art Toys

Toy cleaning and storage illustration

Resin and vinyl art toys easily fade, stain and scratch after long-term display. Direct sunlight, dust, hand grease and humid air speed up paint peeling and yellowing. This article shares simple at-home cleaning and storage solutions without professional studio repair service.

For stained yellow vinyl figures: Prepare soft microfiber cloth, neutral foam cleaner and cool water, gently wipe surface, air fully dry then store in sealed opaque display boxes to block UV light. Resin statues must avoid alcohol and strong detergent which permanently melt surface paint layers.

Gradient painted limited figures cannot be soaked in hot water. High temperature will crack resin base and peel off paint. Only wipe gently with soft fiber cloth. Deep scratches and paint peeling can be repaired with our free studio touch-up painting service.

These toy maintenance tips are extremely helpful! My limited vinyl figure has yellowed for months, I will test the neutral cleaner wiping method tonight.

I never knew resin toys cannot touch hot water or alcohol. I almost damaged my gradient limited statue last week before reading this guide.

Can I send my faded resin figure via courier to your workshop for professional touch-up painting service?
